WB have an expert team of degree and PhD qualified scientists carrying out extensive R&D in inorganic chemistry. The team have extensive knowledge in bi/tri metallic precipitation reactions, continuous flow reactors, calcination, hydrothermal synthesis, redox chemistry, electrochemistry and purification. The state of the art R&D laboratory allows the development of novel inorganic materials to meet exacting and demanding applications. The analytical laboratory is equipped to allow the full characterisation of the purity and physical properties of inorganic materials. These facilities are backed up by a flexible new product development (NPD) stage gate process and process safety management system (PSMS) that enables the safe fast track development of advanced, hazardous inorganic materials.
